My SIL had a scare today. She had a mammo on saturday and was told to come back today to re-check her x-rays and have a sonogram done. She was thinking breast cancer but luckily it was benign. She will go back in 6 months for a re-check but she is glad the scare is over. She is now advocating that everyone go for early testing and doing monthly exams on their own.
