Doggy Play date

Don't have any pictures from the play date.  Would have probably needed a video camera to show how fast they ran around the playground.  This is from another day when he was pretty worn out.

Lucky had his first doggy play date today.  We were walking home from the church when we spotted our friends with their new puppy.  We joked that they needed to have a doggy play date to run around and burn off some energy.  So we decided to meet at 5pm tonight and went down to Gullett.  At first Selma was not real excited about Lucky chasing her but then she realized that it was fun.  They ran around while the kids all played and 2 hours later we finally dragged them all home.

Lucky Lake Dog

We took Lucky to Canyon Lake with us and he LOVED the lake.  He would swim out to where the kids were playing and try to hang out as long as he could before swimming back to shore.  He ran around in the flowers and rolled in just about anything and everything.  Atleast nothing was rotten and stinky!  So I just figured he needed his own entry to show all the fun he had.

We have a new puppy and the kid's named him Lucky.  He's a very mellow dog which is quite nice.  So far has loved to take dog naps in Sean's room and lay outside in the sun.  Pretty rough life!

He did great in the kennel last night and went straight to the door to go out this morning.  Bandit seems to be taking things pretty well.  I don't think she seems to notice or care.
