Ryan picked the perfect day to be "sick" and stay home from school. He actually had a trace of the rash and was still kind of out of sorts so I figured it would do him good to get some rest.
Turns out they were going to be filling the tunnels under the house with slurry and be done with this long project.
Not one but 2 cement trucks showed up for the job and they pumped the mixture of cement into the holes and Ryan watched with amazement. He did not want to go near the truck since it was so loud. Otherwise, I would have gotten a picture of little Ryan next to that huge cement truck.
He called it Bob Builder truck and watched from outside for a while then watched from Mackenzie's window. He also took the picture of the truck himself. There were also a few of the window frame and the floor.
PS*****We are glad to be done with this and now hope to get our grass to grow again......right now it's a huge mud pit from the recent rains. The one tunneled area under the front of the house is a sunken hole now so we'll have to get that back level before putting any grass over there.
