We had a fun filled day visiting with an old friend from high school and her two kids. Sean and Susan's son Ashton are about 6 mths apart and acted like they have known each other forever. They hit it off right away and I will probably be hearing about his buddy for a long time. Mackenzie took instantly to Allie and became her "mommy" in a way. Ryan was the odd man out but he didn't seem to mind.

We went to Zilker Park this morning and the kids played, we rode the train and fed the swans. Then we went our separate ways for lunch and naps. Then this afternoon we met at the pool and let the kids wear each other out (that's my hope anyway). Ryan played well in the baby pool but kept wanting to be in the big kid pool. He did get in and finally let me carry him out into the big pool.

Susan brought old pictures from high school which were very scary!! I'm just glad we don't have bangs like that anymore.
