Going down memory lane

Kelly, Mackenzie and Julianna

Tonight we went to a Mac band performance that our neighbor Kelly was in. Mackenzie definately wanted to go and see her big girl friends Kelly, Danielle and Julianna. After dinner we headed over to the Mac band hall and checked them out. First we saw the colorguard (which I was in back in the day!) practicing and then we heard percussion running through their cadences. It brought back a flash of memories. We sat and watched Kelly (playing clarinet), Danielle (playing flute) and Julianna(playing percussion) and it was alot of fun. Ryan had the most fun of all. Bouncing up and down in my lap and pretending to be directing the band like the drum majors. I think he's going to be drum major someday. Anyway, it was a fun time reliving those band days marching on the blacktop and getting ready for football season.
